Role Description
The Multimedia Designer will create high-quality visual and multimedia content supporting the company brand, marketing campaigns, and project launches.
The role covers graphic design for digital and print, video production and editing, and web and social media assets.
The position collaborates with marketing, sales, and project teams to understand communication goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards.
- Ensure brand consistency across visual materials.
- Optimize content for various platforms and manage media assets.
- Stay current with design and multimedia trends relevant to real estate.
Qualifications
- Strong multimedia skills using audio, video, and graphics.
- Proficiency in video production and editing, including shooting, post-production, motion graphics, and basic sound design.
- Expertise in graphic design for digital, social media, and print marketing materials.
- Experience in web design, including layout, visual hierarchy, and website and landing-page asset optimization.
- Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Cloud tools or similar.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities and a portfolio showing brand-aligned work across multiple formats.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Real estate or property marketing experience is an advantage.
Workplace
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
