About the Role
Anantara Banana Island Resort Doha is seeking a Multi Technician to perform preventative maintenance on property facilities and equipment. The role involves inspecting, cleaning, maintaining, and repairing MEP systems, HVAC units, and lighting, as well as troubleshooting equipment issues.

Responsibilities
- Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property facilities and equipment
- Inspect all areas for safety issues and take corrective action
- Assist guests regarding property facilities
- Inspect, clean, maintain and repair all MEP systems
- Maintain all lighting throughout hotel
- Maintain all HVAC units
- Troubleshoot and repair non operational equipment
- Complete work orders pertaining to the hotel
- Maintain utility meter readings and report deviations
- Perform daily walk around on plant rooms and workshop
- Operate BMS system as required
- Maintain cleanliness of workshop and plant rooms
Requirements
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Previous experience with painting, plumbing, electrical wiring or related experience
- Previous experience with pool and spa
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Enthusiastic and dependable
- Active listening skills
- Self starter, able to make decisions in fast paced environment
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Proficient in English (verbal & written)
- Customer service and interpersonal skills

Job Description
- Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment
- Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
- Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Inspect, clean, maintain and repair all MEP system available at the premises
- Maintain all lighting throughout hotel
- Maintain all HVAC units
- Troubleshoot and repair all equipment that is non operational
- Do all work orders pertain to the hotel
- Answer all calls and does repairs, if unable, notify duty engineer
- Maintain reading of utility meters and report any deviation
- Daily walk around on all plant rooms, workshop and report any deviation
- Take daily engineering operation checklist to ensure equipment working in good condition
Qualifications
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Previous experience with painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and other related experience is an asset
- Previous experience with pool and spa is an asset
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Enthusiastic and dependable
- Active listening
- A self starter, take initiative, can make decisions in fast paced, changing environment
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Proficient in the English language (verbal & written), second language is an asset
