- Conduct routine and random patrols throughout the site.
- Enforce access control procedures and issue visitor passes.
- Assist in big events and festivals organized by the property.
Requirements
- 1 5 years of experience in loss prevention or security
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Arabic speaker
- Pleasing personality

General Duties and Responsibilities
- Guard and protect all Hotel property, car parking’s, information, documentation, material, building, and equipment from unauthorized access, theft or sabotage.
- Develop, maintain and document a training plan.
- Respond to and provide assistance to PROPERTY LOSS PREVENTION corporate security, employees, visitors and emergency response personnel.
- Collaborate with PROPERTY LOSS PREVENTION security and assist law enforcement agencies in connection with crimes committed.
- Assist in the conduct of inquiries related to losses and thefts.
- Assist in big events and festivals organized by the PROPERTY.
Security Systems Monitoring and Response
- Respond to all alarm conditions and monitor security alarms, intrusion detection systems.
- Monitor the fire protection system and ensure access by fire department is not restricted.
- Monitor building and car parks conditions and alarm systems such as gas, fire, heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
- Monitor site/property security systems and infrastructure and submit work orders.
- Monitor the CCTV and inspect monitors using a proper checklist.
- Monitor the command center and issue visitor passes.
Access/Egress/Patrolling
- Enforce all access control procedures through identification and control of entrances and exits.
- Enforce control Gate Pass over removal of property, documents or equipment.
- Conduct routine and random patrols throughout the sites at different zones.
- Conduct perimeter patrol using guard tour system PROXYPEN.
- Inspect all site buildings and facilities after closing hours.
- Detect trespassers and unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Hand out day passes to visitors and check ID.
- Admit only authorized personnel during and after normal working hours.
- Stop any contractor not holding a work permit.
- Provide traffic, parking and pedestrian control services.
- Keep parking areas clean and orderly.
- Escort customers to their vehicles if requested.
Qualifications
- With pleasing personality
- With good English communication skills (verbally and written)
- With 1 5 years of experience on the same field
