About the Role
Anantara at Banana Island Resort Doha is seeking a Spa Therapist to perform quality massage therapies and body treatments. Candidates need an International Certificate in Massage, at least 2 years of 5-star resort spa experience, and English communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a warm welcoming manner, addressing them by name
- Perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as per standards
- Ensure all equipment associated with service functions at all times
- Answer guest questions about services and identify benefits of treatments
- Assist with demonstrations and events as required
- Participate in training and refreshing programs
- Update the Therapist Log Book
- Complete assignments by deadlines per spa manager or supervisor guidelines
Requirements
- International Certificate in Massage
- At least 2 years previous 5* resort spa experience as a Therapist
- Able to communicate in English; additional language is an advantage
- Well groomed and a high standard of personal hygiene required
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality

Job Description
- To create the first positive impression to the guests by greeting them in a warm welcoming manner by name addressed.
- To contribute to the high level of services in accordance with the company’s standard as prescribed in Standard Operations Manual.
- To perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as prescribed in Standard Training Manual.
- To ensure that all equipment associated with service function at all time.
- To be able to answer all questions related to services and identify the benefit or advantage of treatments required to the guests.
- To assist with demonstrations and events as required.
- To participate in a new training and refreshing program as required.
- To update the Therapist Log Book.
- To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the spa manager or supervisor’s guidelines.
- To respond to the change as indicated by the company.
Qualifications
- International Certificate in Massage
- At least 02 years previous 5* resort spa experience as a Therapist
- Able to communicate in English, additional language is an advantage
- Well groomed and a high standard of personal hygiene required
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality
