What You Will Do

• **Convert mortgage leads:**
• manage and convert inbound leads from Russian-speaking clients.
• **Assess eligibility:**
• conduct client assessments and structure suitable, tailored mortgage solutions.
• **Liaise with banks:**
• coordinate with lenders and internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processing.
• **Support sales agents:**
• provide mortgage advisory guidance to the real estate team.

Who We Are Looking For

• We’re looking for an experienced and client-focused mortgage professional who is fluent in Russian and comfortable navigating the UAE mortgage landscape.
• You’ll bring the following:
• **Russian language fluency:**
• native or near-native proficiency, spoken and written.
• **Mortgage experience:**
• proven background in mortgage advisory, ideally within the UAE market.
• **Banking knowledge:**
• solid understanding of UAE lenders, products, and eligibility criteria.
• **Client management:**
• ability to build trust quickly and manage client relationships with professionalism.
• **Collaborative mindset:**
• comfortable working alongside real estate agents and cross-functional teams.
• **Self-motivation:**
• driven, results-oriented, and proactive in managing your own pipeline.
