- Manage and close property transactions across secondary and off plan markets

- Work closely with top UAE developers and internal sales teams
- Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and transactions in the CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Represent the Metropolitan brand with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of real estate experience in Dubai
- Proven track record in closing deals (secondary and/or off plan)
- Valid RERA license (or in the process of obtaining one)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Client focused mindset with high ethical standards
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Fluency in English

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker to join our high performing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven success in both secondary and off plan transactions, strong client management skills, and the ability to close deals independently while leveraging the company’s extensive
