- Align team staffing with strategic goals and hiring plan
- Manage sales performance and conversion rates to achieve monthly targets
- Ensure high standards of work carried out by each agent
- Enforce proper use of CRM, IT, and other sales enhancing tools
- Manage and motivate the team by providing guidance, support, and training
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and provide feedback
- Supervise and take responsibility for all deals in the Secondary market
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide regular reports to Head of Sales on team performance and market trends

- Experience in managing sales performance and conversion rates
- Expertise in Dubai secondary market areas: Jumeirah Golf Estate, Al Barari, Jumeirah Island, Emirates Living, Dubai Hills Villas, Jumeirah Park, Palm Jumeirah

About the Role
- The role involves managing sales performance and conversion rates to achieve monthly targets while ensuring high standards of work and effective communication within the team.
Responsibilities
- Align team staffing with the strategic goals and hiring plan of the Metropolitan Group, while ensuring that targets are set and continuous coaching and performance monitoring of sales agents.
- Manage sales performance and conversion rates to achieve targets set out by the Company on a monthly basis through monitoring of team’s KPIs, including calls, meetings, number of sales, number of leads, etc.
- Ensure high standards of work carried out by each agent under your management.
- Enforce proper use of CRM, IT, and other sales enhancing tools among the team to foster effective communication and integration between the team and other departments within Metropolitan Group to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate the team by providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss the progress, identify opportunities and challenges, and provide feedback and coaching.
- Supervise, monitor, manage and take responsibility for all deals of the team performed in the Secondary market, closed by your team.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports to the Head of Sales on team performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
- Conduct daily team meetings to set the focus for the day and monitor the pipelines and the enquiries of the team.
