- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) or equipment at client sites or service centers
- Perform software installations, updates, and data recovery
- Replace hardware components such as screens, batteries, and motherboards
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
- Travel to customer locations as needed and manage service calls efficiently
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in Electronics, IT, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a mobile/device technician or field service technician
- Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (Android, iOS, etc.)
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
