- Monitor beverage trends and introduce innovative concepts

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and bar organization
- Monitor beverage stock levels, cost control, and wastage
- Train and mentor bartenders and bar team members
- Assist in pricing strategies to maximize profitability
Requirements
- Experience as a mixologist or bartender in a high end establishment
- Creativity in cocktail design and menu development
- Knowledge of beverage trends and ingredients
- Strong guest service and communication skills

Job Description
- Support and enhance the hotel's Gin program, ensuring creativity, quality, and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
