Role Overview

This is a 12–14 month temporary role as HR Risk and Employee Relations CoE Manager for the Middle East.

The role shapes the regional HR risk and employee relations framework and advises senior leadership on complex workplace matters.

The position is listed for Dubai, Riyadh, or Doha.

Employee Relations and Risk

  • Own employee relations processes, including investigations into grievances, misconduct, and workplace conflicts.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and identify workplace risks requiring preventative action.
  • Maintain regional case data, document conversations, and prepare high-quality reports.
  • Analyze employee relations data, trends, outcomes, and recommendations to develop measurable strategic interventions.

Policy and Process Leadership

  • Develop and implement policies and processes covering employee relations, workplace conduct, and HR risk management.
  • Align policies with organizational objectives and compliance requirements and ensure they are communicated effectively.
  • Improve operational efficiency through offshoring, outsourcing, and technology applications.

HR Support and Collaboration

  • Provide structural solutions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen the HR Services team.
  • Develop templates, resources, and training programs that improve independent process management.
  • Act as a liaison between HR Services and other functions on escalated issues and resolutions.
  • Partner with employees, managers, leadership, HR CoEs, legal, and compliance teams to support fair treatment and risk management.
  • Represent the organization to regulatory bodies or external auditors when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business.
  • Education in employment law or practical experience with complex employment or workplace issues involving legal considerations.
  • Seven years of professional experience in HR operations, employee relations, or HR risk management.
  • Employee relations experience is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of workplace policies and risk management frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
