Role overview

The ME HR Services Specialist delivers efficient, employee-focused HR services across the UAE and KSA, with regional support for Qatar.

The role supports core HR processes end to end, provides functional guidance to the HR Shared Services Center, and improves service delivery.

The position combines operational execution with process simplification, digitization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding and offboarding across the UAE and KSA, including welcome calls, documentation, system setup, employee queries, and exits.
  • Monitor and renew labor cards, exit/re-entry permits, and other government-mandated documentation.
  • Administer pension and social insurance enrollment, contributions, reconciliation, and compliance.
  • Oversee transactional HR support, review quality and turnaround, provide guidance, and monitor service standards.
  • Deliver employee lifecycle services including queries, data management, transfers, letters, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with employees, managers, People functions, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors.
  • Prepare reports, track metrics, support audits, and contribute to internal controls.
  • Identify, design, test, and implement process and workflow improvements using digital and automation solutions.

What you will bring

  • 3–4 years of experience in HR Services, HR Shared Services, or a similar operational environment.
  • Experience with HR systems; Workday experience is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of permit, visa, pension, and social insurance processes.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and digital literacy skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI, automation, workflow, and low-code tools.
  • Fluent English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
