Role
Develop AI-powered agents and business automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows and approval processes.
- Integrate Microsoft solutions with enterprise applications through APIs and connectors.
- Configure AI Builder for document processing and data extraction.
- Create and maintain Dataverse tables, business rules, and data models.
- Implement notifications and collaboration solutions using Teams and Outlook.
- Perform testing, deployment, production support, and release activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
- Follow Power Platform governance, security, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Experience with workflow and business process automation.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications and APIs.
- Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-powered automation solutions and modern workplace technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Dataverse, AI Builder, REST APIs and web services, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
