Data and AI Architecture
- Architect secure, scalable, high-performance end-to-end data and AI solutions.
- Design batch and real-time data pipelines across AWS, Azure, and Databricks environments.
- Apply Medallion Architecture, CDC, Data Lake, and Data Mesh principles.
- Build ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and IICS.
Data Governance and Warehousing
- Implement data governance using AWS DataZone, Unity Catalog, or Azure Purview.
- Manage data catalogs, business glossaries, data lineage, and RBAC.
- Establish policies for data security, privacy, compliance, and accessibility.
- Design dimension and fact models and scalable data warehouses using Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift.
AI and MLOps
- Architect MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, inference, monitoring, and feedback loops.
- Develop computer vision solutions including classification, detection, OCR, and segmentation.
- Develop NLP solutions including generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and NER.
- Implement generative AI and LLM solutions using LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI.
Delivery and Automation
- Design CI/CD pipelines for data, machine learning, and AI models.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Bicep.
- Enable monitoring and model drift detection across AI and machine learning pipelines.
