Responsibilities
- Provide L3 engineering and deep troubleshooting support for complex security infrastructure issues, incidents, and escalations.
- Design, configure, harden, review, and optimize enterprise security solutions and security policies.
- Support security architecture reviews, solution design, technology upgrades, migrations, and implementation activities.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolution of complex security and connectivity issues across multiple security platforms.
- Provide technical support for Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, resilience testing, failover, and recovery activities.
- Review existing security configurations and policies and recommend improvements based on security best practices and operational requirements.
- Work closely with infrastructure, network, application, SOC, and other technical teams to resolve security-related issues.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes in accordance with established ITSM processes.

- Strong hands-on experience across several of the following technologies is required: Firewalls: Checkpoint and/or Palo Alto, Secure Web Gateway / Proxy: Proxy solutions and Zscaler, Web Application Firewall: F5 WAF, Network Security: IPS/IDS and DDoS protection, Security Network Design and Architect
