About the Role
Dutco Group seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager with a strong background in interior fit-out projects to lead MEP works across high-end commercial and residential fit-outs in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end MEP execution for interior fit out projects from mobilization to handover.
- Review interior design drawings and coordinate MEP services with joinery, ceiling, flooring, and partition works.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, and material procurement for MEP scope.
- Ensure MEP installations are aligned with fit out sequencing (ceiling closures, joinery integration, final fix).
- Coordinate daily with interior designers, fit out contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Liaise with building management and main developers for service connections, shutdowns, and approvals.
- Attend site meetings, progress reviews, and technical workshops.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Supervise testing & commissioning (T&C) of all MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), Dubai Municipality, and other UAE authority regulations.
- Manage snagging, de snagging, and handover documentation (as built drawings, O&M manuals).
- Control project budgets, track variations, and support the QS team on claims and invoicing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
- PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage
- 10–15 years total MEP experience, with minimum 5 years in interior fit out projects (offices, hotels, F&B, retail, luxury residential)
- Must have worked with an interior fit out company or handled MEP for fit out scopes under a main contractor
- Proven track record of delivering fast track fit out projects in the UAE/GCC
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems in fit out environments
- Familiarity with UAE authority approvals: DEWA, DCD, DM, Trakhees, DDA (as applicable)
- Proficient in AutoCAD review, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office
- Excellent coordination skills with interior design and architectural teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and client facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple fast track projects simultaneously
- UAE experience mandatory; UAE driving license preferred

Job Overview
