- Set up new user accounts and profiles, reset passwords, and troubleshoot login issues
- Install and configure software applications
- Provide basic training on software applications and IT systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Previous IT Support engineer experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft based server and desktop operating systems, networks, and office systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
- Ability to think critically
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and IT infrastructure
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to install and configure hardware and software
- Familiarity with network protocols and technologies
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibility
