- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures specific to a data center setting

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager in a data center or similar high risk environment
- In depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards applicable to data center operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train and motivate employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 would be advantageous
