- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to track project performance and financial health

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in commercial management within the construction or data center industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure advantageous deals
- Excellent financial acumen and ability to analyze project costs and budgets
- Familiarity with contract management principles and practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCCM) or similar certification is a plus

Summary
- As a Commercial Manager specializing in Data Center projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the commercial aspects of projects related to data centers. Your role will involve ensuring profitability, cost control, and contract management throughout the project lifecycle.
