Eligibility and experience
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on Electrical or MEP Draughtsman experience in the UAE or Gulf region is required.
- A stable career history is requested, and applicants outside the stated experience range may be filtered out.
- A Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Drafting is required.
- A valid UAE employment visa is mandatory.
Required skills and tools
- Hands-on experience with at least two of Single Line Diagrams, Load Schedules, Lux Calculations, Cable Containment Layouts, or Material BOQs is required.
- Working proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, Revit MEP, BIM, and DIALux is required.
- Exceptional English skills are required for daily technical coordination with MEP teams.

- The position is based in the UAE and follows a 100% work-from-office model.

Core responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings, Single Line Diagrams, and comprehensive Load Schedules.
- Create layouts for lighting, small power, and cable containment systems using AutoCAD Electrical and Revit MEP.
- Perform accurate Lux calculations and design optimized lighting systems according to project standards.
- Interpret contract drawings and specifications and ensure deliverables comply with DEWA regulations.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary services to prevent spatial clashes and prepare Material BOQs.
