- Design and operate Mintlayer's employee wellbeing programs including EAP partnerships, mental health resource access, and one to one support frameworks
- Develop burnout prevention frameworks appropriate to a high intensity startup environment
- Build cultural rituals that create connection and belonging across a distributed global team
- Conduct regular wellbeing check ins and maintain confidential records
- Advise the Head of HR on organizational design decisions with wellbeing implications
- Produce wellbeing metrics reports for senior leadership at appropriate levels of anonymization
- Build and maintain relationships with mental health professionals and wellbeing service providers
Requirements
- Qualified in psychology, counselling, or occupational health (or equivalent lived expertise)
- Experience designing wellbeing programs in high pressure startup or finance environments
- High emotional intelligence and genuine care for team sustainability
- Discretion and trustworthiness to handle sensitive information
