- Maintain accurate and up to date patient medical records
- Ensure proper filing, retrieval, storage, and archiving of medical records
- Manage electronic and paper based health records in accordance with hospital policies
- Process requests for medical information while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff regarding documentation requirements
- Monitor record completeness and follow up on missing documentation
- Assist in data collection, reporting, and health information management activities

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical records, health information management, or hospital administration
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation practices
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
- Strong organizational and record keeping skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
