Overview

  • A leading creative agency in Dubai is looking for an experienced Media Director to lead media strategy and planning for premium and luxury clients across the region.
  • This role is ideal for a senior media professional who understands that great media goes beyond performance metrics someone who can build brand led media strategies, understand affluent audiences, and create impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of integrated media strategies for luxury and premium clients
  • Own the media planning approach across brand campaigns, ensuring strategies align with client objectives and brand positioning
  • Develop audience led media strategies using insights, research, and consumer behaviour data
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Provide senior counsel to clients on media opportunities, trends, and best practices
  • Oversee media planning across channels including digital, OOH, print, cinema, partnerships, and other brand building platforms
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted media advisor
  • Lead campaign planning, ensuring media recommendations deliver against brand objectives
  • Identify innovative opportunities to reach premium audiences and create meaningful brand experiences
  • Support new business opportunities through strategic thinking, pitch development, and media expertise
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid level media talent

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Media Director, Head of Media, Media Strategy Director, or similar senior media leadership role
  • Strong background within a media agency environment
  • Experience working with luxury, premium, fashion, hospitality, automotive, real estate, or high value consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of integrated media planning and brand led campaigns
  • Experience across traditional and digital media channels, with a focus on strategy rather than performance marketing
  • Ability to translate consumer insights into effective media strategies
  • Strong client facing skills with experience advising senior stakeholders
  • Commercially minded with experience supporting pitches and business growth
  • Passionate about brands, culture, and creating impactful campaigns
