Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and data driven Media Buyer to join our Marketing team at Real Estate Company.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to generate high quality leads, maximize ROI, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost effective allocation of media spend.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns to improve KPIs, including CPL, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
  • Conduct audience research, segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to develop effective advertising strategies and campaign assets.
  • Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Meta Pixel.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Support lead generation initiatives and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Ensure advertising campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketing Specialist.
  • Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Google Ads and Meta Certifications are considered an advantage.
