Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate communication and public relations plans
- Manage NCH's corporate website, LinkedIn page, and other approved communication channels
- Draft press releases, media statements, executive messages, articles, speeches, announcements, and digital content in both English and Arabic
- Build and maintain productive relationships with journalists, editors, media outlets, and industry stakeholders
- Coordinate media enquiries, interviews, press engagements, and corporate announcements
- Develop internal communication campaigns, newsletters, leadership updates, and employee engagement content in collaboration with HR
- Support executive thought leadership by preparing articles, interview briefings, presentations, and talking points
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, CSR initiatives, public engagements, and community programmes
- Manage influencer collaborations from identification through performance reporting
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, educational organisations, professional associations, and community partners
- Support crisis and issue communication through timely, accurate, and approved messaging
- Monitor and report on media coverage, digital engagement, partnership and influencer performance, and communication risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media, Journalism, or related discipline
- Five to seven years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, or integrated communications
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
- Proven experience drafting bilingual corporate communications, media materials, leadership messages, and digital content
- Demonstrated experience managing media relations, public campaigns, corporate events, and stakeholder communications
- Hands on experience managing influencer collaborations
- Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships, co marketing activities, or community engagement programmes
- Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, wellness, FMCG, or another regulated industry is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with content management systems, social media tools, media monitoring platforms, digital analytics, SEO principles, and Microsoft Office
- Basic design capability using Canva or similar platform is an advantage

Role Overview
- New Country Healthcare is looking for an experienced Media & Communication Officer to strengthen corporate reputation, media presence, and stakeholder engagement across the UAE and the wider region.
- This is a hands on role for a bilingual communications professional who can move confidently between strategy and execution.
What you will own
- Developing and executing corporate communication and public relations plans that strengthen NCH’s visibility and reputation.
- Managing NCH’s corporate website, LinkedIn page, and other approved communication channels.
- Drafting press releases, media statements, executive messages, articles, speeches, announcements, and digital content in both English and Arabic.
- Building and maintaining productive relationships with journalists, editors, media outlets, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinating media enquiries, interviews, press engagements, and corporate announcements.
- Developing internal communication campaigns, newsletters, leadership updates, and employee engagement content in collaboration with HR.
- Support executive thought leadership by preparing articles, interview briefings, presentations, and talking points that reflect NCH's leadership voice.
- Planning and coordinating corporate events, CSR initiatives, public engagements, and community programmes.
- Managing influencer collaborations from identification and briefing through contracting coordination, content approval, execution, compliance review, and performance reporting.
- Identifying and developing strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, educational organisations, professional associations, and community partners.
- Developing partnership proposals, co marketing programmes, joint activations, and communication plans that create measurable value for NCH and its partners.
- Supporting crisis and issue communication through timely, accurate, and approved messaging.

- Combine creativity with sound commercial judgement and practical execution.

Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Five to seven years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, or integrated communications.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic are mandatory.
- Proven experience drafting bilingual corporate communications, media materials, leadership messages, and digital content.
- Demonstrated experience managing media relations, public campaigns, corporate events, and stakeholder communications.
- Hands on experience managing influencer collaborations, including briefing, content approvals, compliance coordination, and performance reporting.
- Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships, co marketing activities, or community engagement programmes.
- Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, wellness, FMCG, or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with content management systems, social media tools, media monitoring platforms, digital analytics, SEO principles, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience coordinating photography, videography, creative production, and external agencies.
- Basic design capability using Canva or a similar platform is an advantage.
