Job Description
- The Mechanical Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems in buildings and residential homes.
- Systems include plumbing, HVAC, pumps, water supply, drainage, and general mechanical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems, HVAC, pumps, water heaters, valves, and plumbing.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and identify required repairs or replacement parts.
- Support installation and replacement of mechanical equipment and fixtures.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with electrical, civil, and facility maintenance teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in building maintenance, residential maintenance, or facilities management.
- Education: ITI / Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or related field.
- Location: Must be based in UAE.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
