Position Overview
Seeking Mechanical Supervisors, Piping Supervisors, and Structural Supervisors for offshore oil and gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The work is offshore and requires immediate joining preference.
Experience and Requirements
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in oil and gas or EPC projects.
- At least 2 years of offshore experience is mandatory.
- ADNOC Offshore experience is required.
- Strong structural and piping fabrication and installation experience is mandatory.
- Experience in mechanical, piping, or structural supervision is required.
- An ITI, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- BOSIET, H2S, and other offshore certifications are advantageous.
- WMS experience and immediate availability are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical, piping, and structural fabrication and installation activities.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, QA/QC, HSE, and construction teams.
- Monitor daily progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards and project HSE requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks and site inspections for safe work execution.
- Coordinate with WMS and permit-to-work requirements.
