Laboratory Specialist Opportunity
The role is for a hands-on Instrument Calibration Specialist supporting major Oil & Gas and ADNOC projects.
The specialist will independently manage and operate an instrument calibration laboratory.
The work is associated with Oil & Gas, petrochemical, and EPC projects in the UAE and ADNOC project environments.
Key Requirements
- At least 12 years of instrumentation or calibration experience.
- At least 5 years in a senior calibration or laboratory supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong hands-on calibration experience with pressure, temperature, flow, level, and control valve instruments.
- Expertise in HART, smart instrumentation, loop checking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Fluke, Beamex, Druck/Baker Hughes, Emerson, Yokogawa, WIKA, or equivalent calibration equipment.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, calibration traceability, As-Found/As-Left records, and measurement standards.
- Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, LNG, or EPC experience is required.
- ADNOC, UAE, or GCC project experience is highly preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical and Electronics, Process Control, or an equivalent field is required.
- Genuine hands-on calibration expertise is mandatory, rather than purely supervisory experience.
