Position Overview
Penta Global Engineering is seeking a Chartered Accountant for its engineering, construction, and EPC business.
The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The employment type is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and MIS reports.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax, VAT, and applicable financial regulations.
- Manage audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Support management with financial planning and business decisions.
- Ensure proper accounting controls and timely reporting.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant EPC, construction, or engineering industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting, VAT, and taxation requirements.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
