Penta Global Engineering is hiring a Business Development Manager for its Oil & Gas and EPC business in Abu Dhabi.

The role focuses on business development, client relationship management, tendering, and securing new business opportunities.

The position targets an experienced professional with 15 or more years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities across the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors.
  • Build relationships with ADNOC Group, national oil companies, EPC contractors, and major Oil & Gas clients.
  • Lead prequalification, tendering, proposal, and commercial activities.
  • Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, competitors, and business opportunities.
  • Manage client negotiations and support contract award activities.
  • Coordinate with estimation, commercial, engineering, operations, and project teams.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and business forums.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of relevant business development or sales experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, or Energy.
  • Strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas market and major industry stakeholders.
  • Proven experience securing contracts and developing new business.
  • Strong network with ADNOC, EPC contractors, and Oil & Gas clients is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Engineering or relevant technical or business qualification is preferred.
  • Arabic language proficiency is required.
  • GCC experience is highly preferred.
