- Support design and implementation of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) under senior supervision
- Assist in reviewing drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals to ensure alignment with project specs
- Coordinate with site teams to track progress and resolve basic technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and assist in quality control inspections
- Prepare and update technical documentation, reports, and progress tracking sheets
- Assist in quantity take offs and support cost estimation activities
- Follow up on material deliveries and ensure compliance with approved specifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution and proper system integration
- Support in resolving minor design clashes and escalating complex issues to senior engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in construction or real estate development
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, codes, and site execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
- Solid project coordination skills
