Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Monitor performance of pumps, motors, compressors, generators, water supply systems, sewage systems, and other mechanical equipment
- Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure timely rectification
- Ensure all mechanical systems comply with project specifications and safety standards
- Supervise maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment including cold rooms, walk in chillers, freezers, refrigerated containers, and commercial refrigeration units
- Oversee maintenance of HVAC systems, including split AC units, package units, Chiller & Freezers AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and exhaust systems
- Monitor refrigerant charging, leak detection, compressor performance, and system efficiency
- Ensure refrigeration systems operate within manufacturer specifications and environmental regulations
- Supervise technicians and subcontractors performing mechanical and refrigeration works
- Allocate daily work assignments and monitor progress
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedules
Requirements
- 6 12 years of experience in mechanical and refrigeration maintenance
- Experience supervising technicians and subcontractors
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Familiarity with HSE policies and procedures
- Ability to diagnose mechanical faults
- Experience with HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment

Job Summary
- To supervise, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to mechanical equipment, refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation systems, and associated utilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of all mechanical and refrigeration systems.
