- Operate and maintain the CMMS/CAFM system to support daily maintenance operations
- Create, assign, update, and close maintenance work orders
- Ensure all work orders are accurately documented and completed within agreed service levels
- Maintain system data integrity and ensure timely updates of maintenance records
- Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance (PM) activities
- Generate preventive maintenance work orders according to maintenance plans
- Track completion of scheduled maintenance tasks
- Identify overdue PM activities and follow up with maintenance teams
- Maintain an accurate asset register within the CMMS/CAFM system
- Record new assets, modifications, replacements, and disposals
- Update equipment specifications, warranties, maintenance history, and asset locations
- Receive maintenance requests from users and clients

Job Summary
- The CMMS / CAFM Operator is responsible for the effective administration and operation of the Computerized Maintenance Management System and/or CCAFM system.
- The role ensures accurate management of work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, asset information, space management, and maintenance records to support efficient facility operations and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
