Responsibilities
- Carry out various administrative tasks such as contacting staff on vacation to confirm return dates, collecting training documents, verifying documents, arranging transportation
- Update, plan and monitor offshore staff rotation and closely monitor with Operations Manager/HR for replacements
- Monitor expiry and timely renewals/bookings of food handler medicals, safety certificates etc.
- Arrange staff vacations, documentation, formalities, booking flight tickets of crew
- Apply Port gate passes for on sign/off sign crew
- Visit offshore locations for staff related issues
- Maintain database of offshore employees' documents such as CVs, STCW95, Medical report, Diploma/Degree etc.
- Book Chopper seat for candidates to go to Rigs/Platform in conjunction with client
- Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly reports
- Attend to employee grievances and report to Operations Manager & HR
- Closely monitor motivational level of offshore employees and respond to Operations Manager/HRD

Job Summary
- Crewing Officer will be involved with the administration of offshore staff movements, trainings, coordination with the locations, visiting offshore sites and liaising with HR, Finance, QHSE, CWH & Logistics for offshore staff movement and other support.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out various administrative tasks such as contacting the staff on vacation to confirm their return dates, collecting the training documents, Verifying the documents, Arranging transportation.
- Updating, planning and monitoring the offshore staff rotation and closely monitoring with the Operations Manager /HR for the replacements
- Monitoring the expiry and timely renewals / bookings of food handler’s medicals, safety certificates etc.
- Arranging the staff vacations, documentation, formalities, booking the flight tickets of the crew.
- To carry out various routine tasks such as applying Port gate passes for the On sign/off sign crew.
- Visiting the offshore locations for offshore staff related issues
- Maintaining the database of offshore employees' documents such as CVs, STCW95, Medical report, Diploma/Degree etc.
- Booking the Chopper seat for the candidates to go to Rigs/Platform in conjunction with the client
- If the offshore employees are sick arranging them to visit the clinic in liaison with the concerned agency
- Generating weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly reports.
- Attending to employee grievances & reporting the same to operations Manager & HR for determining and solving the problems.
- Closely monitoring motivational level of offshore employees & responding the same to Operations Manager/HRD
