Role overview
Euro Mechanical is seeking a Materials Coordinator.
The role plans, coordinates, and controls material flow from receipt through storage and issuance.
The role supports uninterrupted project execution through inventory accuracy, quality and safety compliance, and cross-functional coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials, tools, and consumables against purchase orders, delivery notes, and packing lists.
- Manage material tagging, traceability, segregation, preservation, and status control.
- Coordinate material inspection and release with quality control.
- Maintain ERP inventory records for receipts, issues, returns, transfers, min/max levels, and FIFO.
- Conduct inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and variance resolution.
- Prepare MRIRs, issue notes, transfer records, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate material issuance and identify shortages, excess, damaged, or obsolete materials.
- Ensure proper storage, stacking, and preservation under quality, safety, HSE, and company procedures.
- Support audits and client inspections.
- Manage 3PL warehouse operations and support rigging manpower and equipment planning.
- Coordinate with EPC, procurement, quality control, site, warehouse, logistics, and vendor teams.
