Lead functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and CRM Sales.
Act as the key link between business users, IT, and third-party vendors while driving system improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 functional support and manage the full ticket lifecycle.
- Ensure D365 stability, continuous improvement, and optimization across modules.
- Support configuration, testing, UAT, readiness checks, and post-release validation for changes and releases.
- Lead incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, and L3 vendor escalations.
- Gather requirements and create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain SOPs, user guides, configuration records, and known-issue documentation.
- Deliver user training, onboarding, and super-user development.
- Support access and license governance and license cost optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience in a Techno-Functional Lead, Functional Consultant, or Solution Architect role.
- Strong knowledge of Finance, SCM, Projects, and CRM Sales functionality.
- Hands-on D365 configuration, workflow, and functional troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, structured release management, vendor management, and SLA-based L3 support.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are an advantage.
