About the role
Coordinate the complete material dispatch cycle to ensure materials, documents, vehicles, and delivery appointments are arranged accurately and on time.
Maintain communication among Project, Store, Logistics, transport, and receiving teams while keeping dispatch trackers and KPI records current.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatch from approved packing-list receipt through final delivery.
- Verify material availability and readiness, including spools and supports.
- Prepare Material Information Sheets and coordinate collection, staging, dimensions, weight, and loading.
- Follow up on shortages, incomplete items, or release constraints.
- Arrange packing, baskets, labelling, and material preparation.
- Book delivery appointments with ADNOC L&S, Freeport, and receiving locations.
- Arrange suitable vehicles, drivers, and transport providers based on load, route, destination, and schedule.
- Prepare and verify delivery notes, gate passes, packing lists, vehicle details, and approvals.
- Monitor deliveries, provide updates, and escalate delays or operational issues.
- Obtain stamped delivery notes or proof of delivery and submit completed documentation.
- Maintain dispatch trackers, KPIs, and electronic and physical records.
- Support urgent or chopper deliveries when required.
