Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 functional support for D365 Finance and Operations modules covering Finance, SCM, and Projects, as well as D365 CRM Sales.
• Manage tickets from troubleshooting and user communication through resolution and closure.
• Drive system stability, continuous improvement, optimization, incident management, problem management, and root-cause analysis.
• Support configuration, testing, UAT, readiness checks, release management, and post-release validation.
• Manage L3 escalations and third-party vendors while monitoring SLA compliance, fix validation, and RCA delivery.
• Gather business requirements and create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain SOPs, user guides, configuration records, and known-issue or workaround documentation.
• Deliver user training, onboarding, and super-user development and support access and license governance.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field is required.
• At least five years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience in a Techno-Functional Lead, Functional Consultant, or Solution Architect role is required.
• Strong functional knowledge is required across D365 Finance, SCM, Projects, and CRM Sales processes.
• Hands-on D365 configuration, workflows, functional troubleshooting, LCS, Azure DevOps, and structured release management experience is required.
• Vendor management and SLA-based L3 support experience are required.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills are required.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are advantageous.
