Role Overview

The Finance Manager – Partners & Services delivers accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis across Euro Mechanical.

The role supports at least six business units across the UAE and Qatar and partners with operations, projects, supply chain, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for revenue, margins, overheads, and cash flow across multiple business units.
  • Analyse variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods and provide actionable financial insights.
  • Oversee job costing, work in progress, margin tracking, cost allocations, and project cash flow.
  • Monitor labour utilisation, chargeability, cost recovery, and ICV-related financial performance.
  • Prepare monthly business-unit management accounts covering profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Ensure accurate accruals, prepayments, provisions, and transfer pricing reporting.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership.
  • Partner with operations, commercial, and supply chain teams on tenders, pricing, and margin improvement.
  • Evaluate capital expenditure, investments, and operational initiatives and drive cost optimisation.
  • Strengthen controls across costing, billing, project accounting, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, WPS, audit, and Qatar reporting requirements.
  • Lead Qatar financial integration and Dynamics 365 implementation while driving automation and process improvement.

Requirements

  • A professional accounting qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, CMA, or ICAEW is preferred, or a relevant degree with strong proven experience.
  • At least 10 years of senior operational finance experience across multiple countries.
  • Solid expertise in cost control, P&L management, and budgeting.
  • People management experience, including at least two direct reports.
