Job Purpose
- Responsible for material receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and disposal processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Maintains stock records, storage systems, and safety standards while ensuring continuous material availability for project operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee unloading, inspection, and storage of materials in assigned locations
- Check material quantities and specifications against purchasing documents
- Organize storage areas per manufacturer’s guidelines and company safety procedures
- Monitor and replenish material levels to avoid shortages
- Maintain accurate stock records and filing system in line with company procedures
- Issue/distribute materials to labor, subcontractors, and clients per company procedures
- Recommend and coordinate disposal of excess, defective, or expired materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+Years of Experience
- Computer skills
- MS. Office
- ERP system
- Language proficiency
- Intermediate
