Main Purpose of Job
- Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ongoing support to regional business development team
- Maintaining required databases (clients, vendor lists, subcontractors)
- Collection and creating database for projects certifications and correspondences
- Regular update for company’s reference lists
- Preparation of pre qualification lists and handling for various projects
- Assist in study of ITB with analytical reporting
- Assist with Bid financial inquiries
- Understands division’s system’s reporting
- External contact with customers/third parties under supervision
- Work collaboratively with marketing team
- Communicate strongly and follow company’s procedures
- Act as quality representative for commercial sector
Required Functional Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business management or relative discipline
- +2 years related field experience
- From 2 to 4 years of overall experience
