Clinical and Therapeutic Delivery
- Provide professional massage treatments using Swedish, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic drainage, and other modalities as required.
- Adapt pressure and techniques to individual client needs.
Client Assessment and Care Planning
- Conduct client consultations and assessments before treatment.
- Record medical history, injuries, contraindications, and preferences to inform safe care plans.
Personalized Treatment Experience
- Deliver bespoke treatment programs for routine care, short-term concerns, and pre- or post-event or travel needs.
- Provide aftercare advice and self-management techniques.
Standards, Hygiene, and Safety
- Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment, and linens in line with health, safety, and infection control policies.
- Complete cleaning and equipment check records.
Scheduling and Record Keeping
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate client treatment records and treatment plans.
- Report concerns to the Head of Household or appointed manager.
Communication and Professionalism
- Communicate with discretion and empathy.
- Liaise with household staff, medical professionals, or fitness specialists when required.
Professional Requirements
- Stay current with massage techniques, safety protocols, and industry best practice.
- Maintain required professional registrations and insurance.
Additional Duties
- Support household wellbeing initiatives and assist with event preparations involving wellbeing services.
- Undertake other reasonable duties supporting smooth household operations.
