Overview
Provide safe, courteous, and professional transportation for clients and guests, using the most efficient and appropriate routes.
Responsibilities
- Plan journeys in advance, taking into account traffic conditions, appointments, and special requirements to ensure punctuality.
- Assist in handling shopping, and other personal items when required.
- Carry out errands, including deliveries, collections, and drop-offs, ensuring all items are handled with care and confidentiality.
- Maintain all assigned vehicles in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, basic upkeep, and coordinating scheduled servicing and repairs.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, tyre pressure, and overall roadworthiness, and report any faults or safety concerns promptly.
- Manage vehicle-related documentation, including insurance, registration, service records, and renewal reminders, in coordination with the Household Manager.
- Comply with all UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and customer service.
- Ensure vehicles remain clean, presentable, and fully equipped at all times.
- Follow safe manual handling practices when loading and unloading luggage, parcels, and other items.
Requirements
- Professional appearance and customer service skills.
- Experience in vehicle maintenance and route planning.
- Ability to handle personal items and errands.
- Knowledge of UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.
