Role Overview
Provides formal and informal household service, supports private entertaining, and maintains high presentation standards.
Coordinates front-of-house staff and manages household visitors, suppliers, inventories, records, keys, and confidential information.
Household Service
- Deliver formal and informal table service, wine and beverage service, and silver service.
- Maintain household public rooms, fine china, silver, linens, and decorative items.
- Care for garments and coordinate laundry or specialist cleaning services.
- Manage household inventories and order front-of-house supplies.
- Maintain daily activity, inventory, and service logs.
Staff and Event Coordination
- Roster, train, and coordinate front-of-house staff and monitor performance.
- Coordinate private dining and household events with the kitchen and other staff.
- Manage visitor and contractor arrivals, departures, and enquiries.
- Support household needs during occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.
Security and Confidentiality
- Manage keys and follow household security protocols.
- Handle confidential household information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Demonstrate discretion and professionalism when managing household visitors, contractors, keys, security protocols, and confidential information.
- Work flexibly, including occasional evenings, weekends, and travel with the household when required.
- Coordinate front-of-house staff duties, rostering, training, and performance to maintain consistent service delivery.
