- Supervise and coordinate day to day marketing activities and campaigns
- Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns and ensure marketing objectives are achieved
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion goals
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Oversee social media activities and ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and promotional campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Support the launch of new projects, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation strategies
- Experience working with marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms

Job Summary
