- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home kitchen appliances.
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns, promotional activities, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop marketing materials and support sales objectives.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and company websites.
- Work with designers, agencies, and vendors to produce brochures, catalogs, POS materials, videos, and advertisements.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using key marketing metrics such as ROI, lead generation, engagement, and sales performance.
- Manage product positioning, pricing support, and promotional messaging.
- Organize exhibitions, trade shows, dealer events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate with product, procurement, and sales departments to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and update marketing content across all communication channels.
- Assist in developing annual marketing plans and budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in home appliances, consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills

Qualifications

Experience
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in home appliances, consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail.
- Experience in both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in product marketing and brand management is preferred.
