About the Role

  • Hoxton Wealth is looking for a Marketing Operations & AI Automation Manager to own the systems, data, automation and technology that power our marketing engine.
  • This role sits within the Marketing department and is responsible for ensuring our marketing activity can be executed, measured, automated and scaled effectively.
  • You will oversee the marketing technology stack, lead management processes, reporting infrastructure and automation workflows that support lead generation and client acquisition across multiple international markets.
  • You will also play a key role in driving practical AI adoption within the marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the marketing technology stack, including CRM, customer data platforms, marketing automation tools and reporting systems.
  • Maintain accurate customer and prospect data, ensuring high standards of data quality, segmentation and consent management.
  • Manage lead lifecycle processes from initial enquiry through to adviser handover.
  • Design, build and optimise automated workflows that improve lead generation, nurturing and conversion.
  • Manage marketing tracking and attribution infrastructure across digital channels.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility of marketing performance.
  • Lead the adoption of practical AI solutions across the marketing department.
  • Build and implement AI powered workflows, assistants and automations that improve productivity and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and identify opportunities to create competitive advantages.
  • Support the development and maintenance of lead generation tools such as calculators, assessments, interactive experiences and website chat solutions.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Revenue Operations or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation and customer data platforms.
  • Experience building and managing marketing workflows, automations and lead management processes.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, conversion tracking and reporting.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations and automation platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience implementing AI powered workflows, tools or automations in a business environment.
  • Comfortable using AI assisted tools to accelerate development, automation and problem solving.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of systems and processes.

Desirable

  • Experience within financial services or another regulated industry.
  • Experience with website analytics, tracking and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience building internal tools, calculators, chatbots or customer facing digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with low code and no code automation platforms.
  • Experience supporting multi region marketing operations.
