- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth
- Define and position Megamind's value proposition across AI, digital transformation, and healthcare solutions
- Plan and manage multi channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, content, PR)
- Collaborate closely with Sales to align marketing initiatives with pipeline generation and conversion goals
- Lead content strategy, including thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, and website messaging
- Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
- Oversee digital marketing performance (SEO, SEM, paid media, analytics, marketing automation)
- Organize and manage participation in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine positioning and strategy
- Track, measure, and report on marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI

- This role is responsible for building a strong, differentiated brand presence, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through innovative, data driven marketing initiatives aligned with Megamind's AI driven solutions and strategic objectives.
