Responsibilities
- Design and implement infrastructure automation solutions for on premises environments using Ansible
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning
- Implement DevSecOps practices including SAST, DAST, SCA, and container security scanning
- Design and execute deployment strategies (blue green, canary, rolling updates)
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions
- Set up centralized logging and log analysis systems
- Perform capacity planning and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive measures
- Participate in on call rotation for production support
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands on experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar
- Strong Git workflow knowledge and branching strategies
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages
- Strong Linux system administration skills (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)
- Experience with DevSecOps tools (Trivy, Aqua, SonarQube, Snyk, etc.)
- Docker and container security best practices
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, and load balancers
- 3 5 years of DevOps/Infrastructure engineering experience
- Experience working in on premises data center environments

Job Overview
- We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our on premises automation infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Automation: Design and implement infrastructure automation solutions for on premises environments using Ansible.
- CI/CD & DevSecOps Pipeline: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning.
- Deployment & Release Management: Design and execute deployment strategies (blue green, canary, rolling updates).
- Monitoring & Operations: Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Ansible, CI/CD tools, Version Control, Scripting, Linux Administration, Security Tools, Containerization, Networking.
- Nice to Have: Kubernetes, Terraform, HashiCorp Vault, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, healthcare IT experience, compliance frameworks, RHCE, Artifactory.
Professional Requirements
- 3 5 years of DevOps/Infrastructure engineering experience.
- Experience working in on premises data center environments.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
