Responsibilities
- Manage the daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document preparation
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain confidential files, records, and company documentation
- Coordinate office administration, including stationery, office supplies, and vendor management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and business travel logistics
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders professionally
- Manage filing systems (physical and electronic) to ensure accurate record keeping
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative documentation when required
- Monitor office maintenance and coordinate with service providers
- Perform general administrative and personal assistance duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong multitasking and problem solving abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
