About The Role

  • Marketing at Revolut is all about clarity, creativity, and commercial impact.
  • We're looking for an analytical Marketing Manager to be the primary architect of our Growth Studio 2.0.
  • You'll be responsible for transitioning our global design process from a manual production studio to a data intelligent creative system.
  • You'll bridge the gap between world class creative innovation and high scale engineering to build a 10x production volume engine.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the shift toward a decentralised model where AI automates the production of high performing, compliant marketing assets.
  • Partnering with System Operators and Design Engineers to build a creator tool, ensuring high adoption through seamless UX and 'work in progress' functionality.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards to track the health of the system, balancing volume, quality, and risk assessments.
  • Defining and executing the roadmap for autonomous performance production, enabling AI agents to iterate and localise assets based on real time data.
  • Developing AI Brand Managers and creative deviation triggers to maintain a 0% defect rate and protect our brand's DNA.
  • Directing AI logic that governs automated assembly paths.

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of experience in a high growth environment (fintech, B2B SaaS, or gaming), with a focus on performance analytics or growth operations.
  • Hands on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GPT 4, Midjourney) and a deep curiosity for developing an agentic led production roadmap.
  • A solid analytical foundation with a proven ability to build and manage automated dashboards to track system health.
  • Great detail orientation and organisation, with the resilience to manage complex global deadlines.
  • Experience using SQL to pull data and Tableau/Looker for performance analysis.
  • A get it done attitude with a proven ability to deliver tangible results from Day 1 without close supervision.
  • Familiarity with the legal constraints of marketing (marketing consent, T&Cs, and regional restrictions).
  • Natural curiosity and the drive to solve problems that others consider impossible.
